HOW TO MEASURE

NECK: with measuring tape at the point where the collarbone meets the throat, insert your finger between the tape (for additional ease), bring the tape around, until it meets with the end, and note the number where the tape ends.

SHOULDERS: another person will need to measure you. with your arms in a relaxed position, and with measuring tape at the point of one shoulder, bring the tape to the point of the other shoulder, and note the number where the tape ends.

BICEP: with measuring tape at the widest point of your bicep (upper arm muscle), insert your finger between the tape (for additional ease), bring the tape around, until it meets with the end, and note the number where the tape ends.

BUST: with measuring tape at the fullest part of the chest, bring the tape around, until it meets with the end, and note the number where the tape ends.

WAIST: with measuring tape at the narrowest part of the midriff, bring the tape around, until it meets with the end, and note the number where the tape ends.

HIP/SEAT: with measuring tape at the widest part of the lower hip and buttocks, bring the tape around, until it meets with the end, and note the number where the tape ends.

THIGH: with measuring tape at the thickest area of the thigh, bring the tape around, until it meets with the end, and note the number where the tape ends.

SHIRT SLEEVES: another person will need to measure you. with your arm in a relaxed position, and with measuring tape at the middle back of the neck, bring the tape over the shoulder point and down the side of the arm, until you reach the end of the wrist. note the number where the tape ends.

SLEEVE INSEAMS: with your arm in a relaxed position, resting close to the body, and with measuring tape at the point where the underarm meets the chest, bring the tape to the end of the wrist. note the number where the tape ends. 

BACK LENGTH: another person will need to measure you. with the tape at the middle back of the neck (where the 7th cervical vertebrae protrudes), bring the tape down to the end of the back, just above the beginning of the buttocks, and note the number where the tape ends.

SHOULDER TO CROTCH: with measuring tape at the mid shoulder (near the point where the collarbone meets the shoulder joint, but closer to the neck), bring the tape down to your underside, where the crotch seams would normally intersect. note the number where the tape ends.

RISE: with the measuring tape about 1.5 inches below the belly button, bring the tape to your underside, where the crotch seams would normally intersect. note the number where the tape ends.

PANT OUTSEAMS: another person will need to measure you. with the measuring tape at the top tip of the upper hipbone, bring the tape down to just below the outer anklebone, and note the number where the tape ends.

PANT INSEAMS: another person will need to measure you. as you hold the measuring tape to your underside, where the crotch seams would normally intersect, have the other person bring the tape down to the point just below the inner anklebone, and note the number where the tape ends.
