All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DUE TO COVID-19, YOU MAY EXPERIENCE SLOWER SHIPPING TIMES. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.

All orders over $100.00 SHIP FREE, and are fulfilled within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are not shipping international orders at this time. Once shipping and customs restrictions are lifted, we will resume shipping internationally.

RETURNS

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us via email within 30 days of your purchase in order to arrange a return (info@holy-flesh.com). International orders may be subject to additional shipping in order to return the purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Intimate items are NON-RETURNABLE.

Examples of intimate items include UNDERWEAR (panties, boxer-briefs, etc.), SWIMWEAR BOTTOMS (bikini bottoms, trunks, etc.), and ONE-PIECE foundation and/or swim garments (maillots, leotards/bodysuits, etc.).

Our return window for non-intimate merchandise is 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since the confirmed delivery (according to tracking information) of your product(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items include GIFT CARDS, DISCOUNT CODES and COUPONS.
